The core competence of Miklos Szalachy’s ADAMÓ consultancy group lies in relationship management, a highly developed form of systemic organisational development.

Decisions are always made on an emotional level, which is why Miklos Szalachy works on the level of relationships during problem solving. The quality of our job achievements correlates to a large degree with the quality of our relationships with the relevant people, contexts and tasks. The basis for innovation, loyalty and enduring success is an intact systemic order, esteem and appreciation, values and respect for the individual.

In systemic constellations, organisations are represented and externally visualised through people or elements, showing the strengths and weaknesses of the system’s relationship structure. Through changing the constellation, the first signs of a solution emerge, alongside opportunities for improvement. Systemic constellations are a very useful instrument, which can be used to analyse (amongst other things) the ‘is’ and ‘should-be’ states of an organisation’s internal relationships and hierarchy structure.

The results are summarised in an analysis report, and turned into a package of communicative and structural measures.

In his 13 years of experience in managing an Austrian grocery company, Miklos Szalachy learned the positive ‘leverage effect’ of personal and social values in a work and organisational context. As the son of a Hungarian family that were forced to leave the country in 1956, he experienced first-hand the strain of drastic events on a very personal level. In the systemic work, he discovered a useful guide for his personal and vocational development.
